糖脉康改善2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗作用的研究

摘　　要：目的观察中药糖脉康颗粒对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者脂联素(Adiponcetin,Adip)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)的影响,探讨其改善胰岛素抵抗的作用机制。方法T2DM患者52例,依治疗先后顺序随机分为两组:糖脉康治疗组(治疗组)26例和基础治疗组(对照组)26例,观测对照组和治疗组治疗前后脂联素、C反应蛋白的变化情况。结果治疗组脂联素较治疗前显著升高(P<0.01);治疗后两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗前后的差值两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组CRP较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),且治疗后两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗前后的差值两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中药糖脉康可升高2型糖尿病患者脂联素水平,降低CRP水平,具有改善其胰岛素抵抗作用。Objective To observe the effects of Chinese herbal medicine tangmaikang granule on adiponcetin（Adip） and C-reactive protein（CRP） in patients with type 2 diabetes,and explore the mechanism of tangmaikang to improve insulin resistance.Methods 52 cases with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups：tangmaikang treatment group（26 cases） and control group（26 cases）,the levels of Adip and CPR in both groups before and after treatment were observed.Results After the treatment,the level of Adip in the treatment group was improved significantly（P0.01）,and there was significant difference compared with the control group（P0.05）.There was significant difference between the difference value of Adip level before and after treatment of the two groups（P0.05）.After the treatment,the level of CRP in the treatment group was significantly decreased（P0.01）,and there was significant difference compared with the control group（P0.05）.There was significant difference between the difference value of CRP level before and after treatment of the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine tangmaikang can improve the Adip level and decrease the CRP level in patients with type 2 diabetes,so as to improve insulin resistance.
