抗组胺药联合物理疗法治疗玫瑰糠疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨抗组胺药联合窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗玫瑰糠疹(PR)的疗效。方法将96例诊断明确的PR患者,随机分治疗组(50例)和对照组(46例),两组患者性别、年龄、病情之间无明显差别,具有可比性。治疗组在抗组胺药物治疗同时接受NB-UVB治疗仪治疗,对照组仅予抗组胺药物治疗。治疗3周后同时评价疗效。结果治疗组平均治愈时间(9.21d)明显短于对照组(21.32d),P<0.01。3周后对照组痊愈20例,显效10例;治疗组痊愈47例,显效2例。治疗组治愈率显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论抗组胺药联合NB-UVB治疗PR疗效好、安全、方便,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of antihistamines combined with narrow-band ultraviolet B（NB-UVB） in treatment of pityriasis rosea（PR）.Methods 96 patients with definite diagnosis of the PR were randomly divided into treatment group（50 cases） and control group（46 cases）.Both groups were comparable with regard to sex,age,and mean duration of disease at the time of attending the clinic.The patients in treatment group were treated with antihistamines combined with NB-UVB,the patients in control group were treated only with the antihistamines.The clinical effect was evaluated 3 weeks after therapy.Results The mean healing time（9.21 days） in treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group（21.32 days）,P0.01.There were 20 cases recovered and 10 cases markedly effective in the control group after 3 weeks.There were 47 cases cured,and 2 cases were effective in treatment group.The rate of clinical cure in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion Clinical effect of antihistamines combined with NB-UVB in treating PR is good,safe,convenient.It is worth popularizing.
