摘  要:小浪底电站建成后进行调峰运行时,坝址日内平均断流时间约为7.4h,小浪底──花园口河段工要取水口多年平均日内流量小于200m3/s的持续时间为8.6~2.9h,对本河段的引、提水工程引水将造成较严重的影响,也将影响花园口附近的水质。当小浪底充分调峰、西霞院反调节后,可以满足坝址至花园口河段的引水要求和花园口附近的水质要求,与小浪底承担强迫基荷相比,可使小浪底电站设计枯水年调峰工作容量增加153MW,多年平均增加峰荷和腰荷电量11.9亿kw·h。During the period of operation of flood peak regulation after Xiaolangdi hydro-power station constructed, there will be about 7. 4 hours of dry river every day in original site and continuous 2. 7~8 hours every day with long term average discharge less than 200 m3/s at major water diversion intakes in Xiaolangdi to Huayuankou reach,which will bring about severe influence on water diversion and water lift projects in the reach as well as water quality of near Huayuankou. Counter regulation effect of Xixianyuan key hydraulic project under conditions of full flood peak regulation by Xiaolangdi and counter regulation by Xixiayuan is analyzed in the paper. The analysis shows that the counter regulation effect can meet the requirements of water diversion in the reach of Xiaolangdi to Huayuankou and water quality in near Huayuankou, design peak regulation capacity of dry year of Xiaolangdi hydro-power station can be increased by 153 MW, and peak and middle demand power generation in long term can be increased by 1. 19 billion kw·h compared to Xiaolangdi bearing forced base load.
