药房托管社区卫生服务机制的研究与实践

摘　　要：目的为了解药房托管对社区卫生服务利用的影响。方法以实行了1年多药房托管工作的哈尔滨市香坊区安埠社区卫生服务中心为调查点,对该中心就诊居民的一般状况、对药房托管情况及社区卫生服务利用的满意度进行问卷调查。结果81.7%的就诊居民为中老年人,了解药房托管的占54.9%,认为药房托管对居民卫生服务利用具有正面影响的占46.5%,95.8%的就诊居民认同现有卫生服务模式。结论该社区就诊居民对社区卫生服务有较高的满意度,但药房托管宣传不够广泛。建议加大药房托管宣传力度;除市医保外,也开通省医保定点门诊业务。Objective To understand the pharmacy trusteeship＇s impact on health services to the community.Methods Harbin Xiangfang District Anbu Community Health Service Center was taken as a investigation point which had implemented the work of pharmacy trusteeship for more than one year,a questionnaire about the general state of medical residents was made,the situation of implementing pharmacy trusteeship and the satisfaction of residents who using community health service were recorded.Results 81.7% of the patients were middle-aged and elderly residents,54.9% of whom understood the pharmacy trusteeship,46.5% of people thought that pharmacy trusteeship use of health services to the residents had a positive impact,95.8% of medical residents agreed the existing pattern of health services.Conclusion The medical community and health services to the community residents had a higher satisfaction degree,but the pharmacy trusteeship was not wide enough publicity.Proposal should be brought out to increase pharmacy trusteeship＇s publicity;In addition to city health insurance,the provincial fixed-point out-patient medical insurance business should also be opened.
