苏南地区企业安全人员的配置与素质调查

摘　　要：以昆山、张家港、镇江新区及润州区为研究对象,对苏南地区的企业安全人员素质从性别比例、学历情况、年龄结构、专业类型、从业时间等方面进行了调查,根据调查结果分析出各企业安全人员配置与素质方面存在的问题,并提出了相应的建议,从而为企业安全人员素质的提高、各高校人才培养计划的制定及有关政府部门的决策提供参考。This paper investigates the quality of safety personnel from the gender ratio,educational level,age structure,professional type and working age by taking samples from Kunshan,Zhangjiagang,Zhenjiang New Area and Runzhou Zone.According to the survey,there exist some problems in the quality and configuration of safety personnel,so corresponding recommendations have been given which will provide useful references for improving the quality of safety personnel in enterrises,drawing up training schedules in colleges and making decisions in relevant government departments.
