摘  要:采用孢子萌发法进行了肟菌酯与戊唑醇不同配比组合在室温条件下对白菜黑斑病菌的毒力测定。结果表明:随着2种药剂不同配比组合浓度的提高对病菌孢子萌发抑制作用增强,以质量浓度为16.2mg/L效果最好。肟菌酯与戊唑醇配比为0.5∶1时的共毒系数为127.62,增效作用显著。This study reported the test of toxicity of Trifloxystrobin and Tebuconazole with different ratios to the spore germination of Chinese cabbage Alternaria leaf spot [ Alternaria brassicaal (Berk)Sacc. ]. The results indicated that, with the increase of the contentration, the 2 fungicides had stronger and stronger inhibition of the pathogen were mixed. The best effect of the concentration is 16.2 mg/L. While Trifloxystrobin and Tebuconazoa were mixed with a ratio of 0.5 : 1, their cotoxicity coefficient (CTC) to Alternaria brassicae was 127.62, and the effect of improvement is remarkable.
