摘　　要：文中综述了核糖体基因在黏菌分子系统学研究中应用现状,并就目前黏菌分子系统中存在的问题及发展方向提出了看法。The development of molecular biological technique has brought systematics of myxomycetes into a new stage in molecular level. The use of ribosomal DNA in the systematics studies of myxomycetes was reviewed. The problems related to the myxomycetes phylogeny were listed and the development trends were discussed.
