摘　　要：选取中国社会科学院全部具有独立实体性质的35个研究所(中心)作为研究对象,参照教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地竞优评估指标确定评价指标和权重,通过从被评价对象网站获取直接数据,应用SPSS、EXCEL、Matlab等软件工具,综合计算各项指标得分,得出评价结果,并进行分析。Thirty-five institutes of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, which are independent entities, are selected as a research object. According to Key Research Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences Competing Evaluation Indicators, the indicators and weights are determined, and direct data are obtained from the website of the evaluation object. The softwares like SPSS, EXCEL, Matlab are used to compute the score of every indicators. The results of the evaluation are obtained and analyzed.
