摘　　要：具体分析持久过度的工作压力对教师身心健康造成的不良影响,从社会、学校及教师自身三个方面来分析压力的来源,并从这三个角度分析得出缓解工作压力的几点对策,希望能够帮助高校教师有效地缓解工作压力。This article specifically analyzes the bad physical and mental influence of lasting and excessive working pressure on teachers, the source of pressure from three aspects including the community, schools and teachers themselves, and finally finds out appropriate solutions to help the teachers in colleges or universities to ease the working pressure.
