摘　　要：大学生职业价值观的转变,不仅关系到大学生顺利实现择业就业,而且关系到我国社会经济的发展,关系到社会的和谐、稳定问题,对实现人才竞争和全面建设小康社会都具有重要的意义。分析当代大学生的职业价值观现状及原因,为大学生树立科学的职业价值观在理论上提供一定的依据。The changing of university students＇ vocational values is related not only with their employment, but also with socioeconomic development in China as well as social harmony and stability. It has great significance to achieve talent competition and build ing a well-off society. This paper analyzes the current situations and reasons of university students＇ vocational values, and provides some reference for college students to establish scientific vocational values.
