福建省本科院校体育教师工作满意度研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,以社会学、管理学知识为指导,以工作满意度为主要指标,对福建省本科院校体育教师工作情况进行调查分析,研究结果显示:福建本科院校体育教师在职业地位、薪酬福利、考核评价方面满意度不高,但对同事关系具有较高的满意度。针对存在的问题,提出了相关建议。This paper investigates and analyzes EE. teachers＇ job from colleges in Fujian province, guided by the knowledge of Sociology and Management with job satisfaction as index and using the methods of document study, survey, interview, mathematic stat- istics and so on. The results show that college physical education teachers in Fujian province have low satisfaction with occupational status, salary and benefits as well as assessment evaluation;but they have high satisfaction with colleague relationship. According to the existing problems, this paper puts forward relevant suggestions.
