摘　　要：基于企业能力理论,从投资决策能力形成的基础、投资决策能力的形成途径和投资决策能力的内容3个方面构建了BOT项目投资决策能力的模型,提出建立相应的投资决策机构、人员招聘和培训、健全投资管理制度等投资决策能力培育的手段和方法,为提升我国建筑企业的投资决策效率和水平提供了理论指导和政策建议。Based on enterprise competence theory, the ability model of investment decision on BOT project was built, including three aspects, i. e. , the foundation, approach and content of the formation of investment decision abilities. Correpondent approach and methods on the nurture of investment decision were put forward, such as department structure, recruitment and institution improvement, which will provide theoretical guidance and policy suggestion to promote the efficiency and effectiveness of investment decision in construction corporations in China.
