摘　　要：针对智能电能表及智能终端在设计、生产中通信规约各不相同导致设备间无法正常通信的情况,提出建立智能电能表及智能终端通信规约测试平台的具体解决方案,详细阐述该通信规约测试平台的设计原则、测试原理、功能和构成,并以某智能电能表试点小区的测试应用情况,说明该测试平台可较好地实现预定功能。According to the situation that the communication protocol of different kinds of smart meters and smart termi nals are different which leads to the failure of the equipments communication, this paper advances the protocol test platform scheme to solve the problem, and expounds the detailed design principle, test theory, function and constitution. The test in the smart meter area shows that the protocol test platform can realize present function.
