摘　　要：根据升板结构房屋的特点,结合工程实例,通过对该类房屋进行现场调查、构造分析和结构复算,对房屋的检测和加固方法进行了研究,从而使升板结构房屋满足现行设计规范要求,进而推广升板结构形式的应用。According to the characteristics of the life-slab structure house,the author combines with project case,through the field investigation,structure analysis and structure retrying on this type of house,thus make the life-slab structure house satisfy current design standard requirements,further improving application of the life-slab structure form.
