摘　　要：中医药防治艾滋病实验研究至关重要的环节是艾滋病动物模型的建立,其建立难点在于HIV病毒危害程度高,缺乏最佳动物模型。中医实验界以逆转录病毒为突破口,应用同属逆转录病毒科的鼠白血病病毒替代HIV建立艾滋病动物模型。探讨鼠白血病病毒致小鼠艾滋病模型建立的可行性,综述中药干预鼠白血病病毒致小鼠艾滋病的实验研究进展,为中医药治疗艾滋病提供参考。The establishment of animal models of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome（AIDS） is the key step in the experimental research of AIDS with traditional Chinese medicine ,and its difficulties lie in the high risk of HIV and the lacking appropriate animal models. The researchers of TCM chose the retrovirus as a breakthrough and applied the murine leukemia virus（MuLV） which belongs to the same retrovirus division of HIV to establish the HIV model. The authors discussed the feasibility of establishing animal model of AIDS with MuLV and summarized the research progress in this field so as to provide some reference to the TCM researchers of AIDS.
