摘　　要：针对湖北省部分口腔医院的医护人员接受培训和学术方面做了一个调查,并应用SPSS软件和EXCEL软件对调查数据进行了系统的处理,通过对数据的整理、系统的分析,反映出当前口腔医院的护理人员的整体受训情况不佳,整体素质也有待提高,要更好的服务病人就要求一支掌握专业理论和技术的口腔医疗护理队伍,而对护理队伍的专业培训显得尤为迫切和需要。In the paper,the writer make a survey for the dental staff,it is about the training and academic.then,the writer process the data,,as a result,the training for the staff is bad and they must be received hardly training.It is important that the dental staff must master professional theory and technology for the hospital development,especially the professional training for the paramedic.
