山区小流域综合治理和生态环境建设规划——以北京市昌平区流村镇菩萨鹿村为例

摘　　要：小流域综合治理和生态环境建设是山区经济社会与生态环境协调发展的重要措施和基础。以北京市山区菩萨鹿村小流域为例,通过对其生态建设需求分析,制定了综合治理和生态环境建设的指导思想和规划,旨在为北京山区水土资源合理开发利用、保护和改造提供可供借鉴的经验,为山区经济和生态环境建设协调发展提供参考。Comprehensive control and eco-environment construction of small watershed are important measures and foundation for harmonious development among economics, society and eco-environment in mountain area. In the paper, Pusalu, a small village in Beijing mountain area was studied as a case. The requirement of the village for eco-environment construction was analyzed. Idea of guidance and plan about comprehensive control and eco-environment construction for the village were put forward. These can provide experiences and references for development and utilities of water and land resources in Beijing mountain area and harmonious development of economics and eco-environment in mountain area.
