摘  要:使用Lagrange流体模型和水模实验对吹氩板坯连铸结晶器内单双循环流的形成条件进行了定量研究。提出一个包括气体和液体流量、气体和液体密度、板坯尺寸和水口出口角度参数在内的无量纲数,用该数和气液体积比的函数关系作为单双循环流的判别条件,在临界曲线值以上区域为单循环流,以下为双循环流。The formed conditions of a single and double recirculation flow pattern in a slab continuous casting mold with argon blowing were quantitive described using the Lagrange multi-phase flow model, and the prediction was validated by the water model. The functional relationship of dimensionless criterion number and gas-liquid volume ratio, which the number is integrated with the relationships including flow rate of gas and liquid, density of gas and liquid, slab size, and tilt angle of the nozzle port, is proposed to discriminate the boundary of single and double recirculation flow pattern that the prior is above the critical curve and the latter is below the curve.
