摘　　要：圆管带式输送机具有密闭输送、空间弯曲输送,且可提高输送机的倾角,输送带不易跑偏等优点,满足了环保无害化输送物料的要求,成为众多封闭式带式输送机中开发最早、发展最快且使用数量最多的输送机之一。介绍了圆管带式输送机的结构特点、主要技术参数的选择、线路布置的要求,以及其他设计参数的计算。Round tube belt type conveyor offers advantages such as enclosed conveying,space bent conveying,and increased inclination angle of the conveyor,and the less deflection of the conveying belt.It meets the requirements for environmentally friendly and harmless material conveying,and has been one of the conveyors of earliest development,fastest growth and with the most quantities in use among many enclosed type conveyors.The construction features of the round tube belt type conveyor,selection of main technical parameters,line arrangement requirements,and calculation of other design parameters are introduced.
