摘　　要：结合陕西华山化工集团复肥厂的生产实际,阐述硫酸装置净化工序采用的清洁生产技术,主要包括脱气塔污水工艺变更、用板式换热器替代中间冷却器、用西恩过滤器替代戈尔过滤器和净化工序高渣泥含量红污水全部用于湿法磷酸生产等4个项目,并分析、评价其运行效果和收益。With the production practice by the Compound Fertilizer Plant of Huashan Chemical Industry Group Co.,Ltd.,the clean production technology used in the purification section of a sulfuric acid plant is outlined,which mainly include the following four items: change of effluent process of the degassing column,and use of plate type heat exchanger to replace the intermediate cooler,use of CN filter to replace Gore filter,and use of all red effluent containing high sludge in the purification section for the production of wet-process phosphoric acid.Its operating effect and benefit is also analyzed and evaluated.
