摘  要:以硬脂酸与二乙烯三胺为原料,合成了双烷基酰胺咪唑啉,再经硫酸二甲酯进行处理,得到了双烷基酰胺咪唑啉季胺盐型柔软剂。研究表明,该柔软剂具有十分理想的柔软效果,且能显著克服纸张掉粉、掉毛的现象,起皱效果较好。此外,还对柔软剂的用量、抄纸工艺对纸张的抗张强度和透气性的影响作了研究。In the test, stearic acid and diethylene triamine are used as raw material. Alkyl--(alkylaminoethyl) imidazoline quaternary compound is synthesized. After the aforementioned substance is treated with dimethyl sulfate, softening agents for paper are obtained. It is found that the new kind of softening agents has outstanding softening property for paper, and overcomes dropping flour phenomenon sufficiently, and grain of paper tidily at the same time. The influence of softening agent quantity and papermaking technics on tensile strength and perviousness is also tested.
