局麻下半导体激光加高位结扎治疗下肢静脉曲张19例

摘　　要：目的评价局麻激光治疗下肢静脉曲张的可行性和疗效。方法对19例（21条下肢）原发性大隐静脉在局麻下施行高位结扎和激光治疗。结果全部病人都成功地耐受了手术治疗，单肢平均手术时间40min。术后住院时间5-12d，平均7天。1例术后2周有下肢轻度水肿。所有病人随访时均证实静脉曲张无复发，患肢沉重感、色素沉着、湿疹样改变消失或显著减轻。结论局麻激光治疗原发性大隐静脉曲张安全可行和疗效满意。Objective To evaluate therapeutic effects of endovenous laser treatment of varicose veins in the lower extremities by local anesthesia. Metods Endovenous laser treatment combined with high ligation of the great saphenous vein was performed on 19 patients with varicose veins limbs （21 limbs） by local anesthesia. Results Operative and laser treatmeny were succeed in all cases. The operation time was mean 40min. Hospital stay after operation was 5·12d （mean 7d） . Lower hmb mild swelling occurred in 1 ease during 1 week after operative. Among the patients were followed up, during which no recurrence was found. Superficial varcosis, heavy-feeling, pigmentatations, and eczematous relieved remarkably in all patients. Conclusion Endovenous laser treatment by local anesthesia for great saphenous vein in lower extremities has benefits of safe, effective, minimal invasion and short term recovery.
