摘  要:分析了平煤十二矿3.19事故特征,提出了"冲击型突出"的概念,研究了冲击型突出发生机理,运用理论分析、实验研究和现场测试三种手段开发了卸压隔断、瓦斯排放一体化防治技术措施,并在十二矿进行了应用。应用结果表明:该技术是解决"冲击型突出"的有效技术手段,使煤层中的瓦斯得到排放、应力得到释放,实现了从空间上和时间上的有机结合,达到全方位的防止"冲击型突出"灾害发生的目的。该技术实施后,己15-31010机巷掘进过程中安全性和工程进度明显提高,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。The "3. 19 accident" which happened in the No. 12 Mine of Pingdingshan Coal Mining Group Corporation Ltd. was analyzed and the concept of "rock bursting with coal and gas" was put forward. We developed the integrative control technology that depressurization and obstruct with gas drainage based on theoretical analysis, laboratory research and field text, which was applied in the No. 12 Mine. The results show that this technology can applied to the seams with potential rock bursting with coal and gas, which can eject out the methane and eliminate methane pressure through space - time combination, and it's also proved to be an effective way to control the complex disaster. After the industrial test in the 31010 tunnel of seam 15^th, mining safety is significantly improved and tunneling speed accelerates obviously.
