摘 要:利用反相胶束结合溶剂热法制备了BaCO3单晶纳米线。该方法中,油酸/正辛烷/水体系中的反相胶柬起到模板作用,引导BaCO3沿一维方向生长,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、投射电子显微镜(TEM)和高分辨电子显微镜(HRTEM)对BaCO3纳米线进行了表征,结果表明,所制备的BaCO3纳米线为均匀的直线形单晶纳米线,直径为80~200nm,长度为几百纳米到几微米。对BaCO3纳米线的形成机理进行了分析。Single-crystalline BaCO3 nanowires were successfully synthesized in a reverse micelle modified solvothermal method. The reverse micelle in Oleie acid/n-octane/water system was proved to work as template to guide the growth of BaCO3 along 1-dimension. The samples were characterized with X- ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM). Results show that the BaCO3 nanowires are single-crystalline and have a uniform structure with diameters between 80 and 200 nm and lengths between hundreds of nanometers and several microns. And the formation mechanism of BaCO3 was discussed.
