高原型藏山羊产绒量功能基因的初步研究

摘　　要：从10条ISSR引物中,筛选出4条特异性条带较多的引物,通过在供试个体中产绒量高的个体和产绒量低的个体反复配对比较试验,获得B8号引物在高原型藏山羊群体内,产绒量高的个体有共有条带为高产个体特有,而产绒量低的个体亦有共有条带为低产个体特有.在产绒量高的个体中,获得了长度为638bp共有序列,产绒量低的个体无此序列.高原型藏山羊与人的同源性为65.64%.Four primers with more specificity strap is screening from 10 ISSR strap in this research. The paired comparison experiment of B8 strap between the individuals of high and low height at withers indicates that the individuals of high height at withers own the same strap by both, the individuals of low height at withers own the same strap by both in Tibetan goats. The individuals of high height at withers obtain 638bp concensus sequence, while the individuals of low withers hasn＇t. The homology between Tibetan goats and human is 65.64%.
