复方玄驹胶囊治疗肾阳虚型黄体功能不健的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨复方玄驹胶囊治疗肾阳虚型黄体功能不健(LPD)的临床疗效及作用机理。方法按随机数字表法将入选患者分为观察组和对照组。治疗组口服复方玄驹胶囊,对照组口服克罗米芬,排卵后应用多力玛,治疗两个月经周期观察两组患者临床症状、月经情况、内分泌指标、基础体温和子宫内膜组织学变化。结果复方玄驹胶囊改善肾阳虚临床证候治愈率达51.79%,有效率92.86%;对照组治愈率为18.64%,有效率为69.50%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。观察组HPS评分、血清激素水平、子宫内膜组织学变化等方面与治疗组相当。结论复方玄驹胶囊能明显改善肾阳虚型LPD的BBT高温相,提高患者血清孕酮(P)水平,改善子宫内膜腺体分泌,而达到调经助孕的目的。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and action mechanism of compound xuanju capsules in the treatment of luteal phase deficiency（LPD） due to kidney yang deficiency. Methods According to random number table, the enlisted patients were divided into observation group and control group. Compound xuanju capsules were administered orally in observation group and clomiphene was taken orally in control group. After ovulation, turinal was used. After treated for two - month menstrual circles, clinical symp- toms,menstrual condition, endocrinal index,basic body temperature and endometrial histological changes were observed in two groups. Results The curative rate of clinical symptoms of kidney yang deficiency was 51. 79% treated with compound xuanju capsules and the effective rate was 92.86%. In control group,the curative rate was 18.64% and the effective rate was 69.60%. Significant difference presented in comparison of two groups（P 〈 0.05 ）. Equal efficacy was achieved in HPS scoring, serum hormone level and endometrial histological changes in observation group compared with treatment drug. Conclusion Compound xuanju capsules improve apparently BBT high - temperature phase in LPD of kidney yang deficiency syndrome, increase serum progesterone level and enhance uterine endometrial secretion so as to regulate menstruation and benefit pregnancy.
