摘　　要：从"受教育权"视角,对我国运动员文化教育问题进行分析,结果表明:教育设施、教育经费不足和教学质量不高,非义务教育不公平。并针对存在的问题提出相应的对策,目的是为我国运动员文化教育改革提供参考。This article analyzes the education problem of Chinese athletes from the perspective of the right of being educated. The result shows the inadequacy of education facility and funds, low educational quality and unfairness of noncompulsory education. Some measures have been proposed in order to offer reference for the educational reform of Chinese athletes.
