摘　　要：杭州旅游业正从单纯观光型旅游向参与型旅游过渡的过程中,发展体育旅游将推进这一过程的转变,对杭州旅游的可持续发展有重要意义。根据杭州市体育旅游项目开发现状,通过对杭州发展体育旅游的优势与劣势的分析,提出了发挥优势、突出特色;统筹规划、分步开发;以市场为导向走可持续发展道路;加强体育旅游设施和人才建设等发展对策。Tourism in Hangzhou is in the transition course from style of sightseeing to one ot participation, and developing physical tour will boost the change of the course, which is important for continual development of tour in Hangzhou. According to the development actuality of physical tour, this article expounds the superior and the inferior on developing physical tour in Hangzhou, and puts forward countermeasures, such as giving play to strong points, outstanding features, making overall plans, exploiting step by step, walking continual development road lead by market, strengthening physical facilities and person＇s ability.
