摘　　要：公路安全保障工程实施的安全措施改善了公路行车环境,对交通事故的分布也有显著影响,为明确其影响结果,针对某国道公路安全保障工程实施前一年周期和实施后第一年周期和第二年周期的事故分布特性进行了对比分析研究,包括事故相对多发路段的转移分析、整体事故比率转移分布分析、分道体和薄层铺装等设施对事故转移影响性分析等。分析结果表明,安全措施对事故分布有一定的影响,分道体等措施的实施效果与布设长度等因素相关。The traffic environment is improved by the project named HSEP（highway safety enhancement project） ,and the accident distribution is also changed evidently. The accident distribution is analyzed in two periods before and after the HSEP in a national highway in order to find the influencing effect. Some works are done such as analyzing the diversion of accident prone location （APL）, whole accident rate diversion, the effect of two kinds of safety measures. As a result, the safety measures influenced the accident distribution.
