摘  要:为了更好地理解沥青混合料的路用行为和病害机制,从沥青及胶泥流变特性入手,利用灰关联分析方法,探讨了沥青流变特性与沥青混合料之间的关系。结果证明,在对比的19个材料性能指标中,沥青针入度、延度、3 200 Pa应力重复蠕变试验的关联度最低;软化点和黏度关联度较高;相对于常规指标,沥青和胶泥的流变学指标与混合料性能的关联度普遍较好,在混合料强度方面,沥青的劲度模量、屈服应力、老化样品100 Pa应力重复蠕变试验和车辙因子具有高关联度,均大于98%;混合料的冻融劈裂强度比TSR更容易受到试件空隙率、胶泥界面黏结力系数、法向力等指标的影响。这些材料流变学指标在一些路面病害和结构行为中具有更好的说明意义。For better understanding of pavement performance and some diseases' mechanism about asphalt mixture, gray relation analysis is performed to evaluate the influencing degree of the theological properties of asphalt and mortar to mixture performance. The result shows that some indexes including penetration, ductility, repeated creep at 3 200Pa own lowest relation to mixture, softening point and viscosity have higher relation degrees; among these traditional indexes, the rheological indexes of asphalt and mortar are significantly impact factors to mixture performance in 19 comparing indexes. The stiffness modular, yield stress, repeated creep at 100Pa and rutting factor of asphalt are the highest impact factors to the tensile strength, all with higher relation degree more than 98 %. The moisture stability is remarkably influenced by porosity of mixture, interface adhesive ability of mortar and normal stress of asphalt etc. These rheological indexes can he use to evaluate asphalt and explain the mechanism of some pavement diseases.
