摘 要:陕西板栗资源极为丰富,在生产和加工过程中产生大量的废弃物——栗棚,一直没有得到利用.为充分利用这一资源,采用常压组罐浸提工艺,以蒸馏水作为浸提液,浸提温度65℃-90℃,浸提时间为1.5h,出液系数为400%,通过浸提,可得栗棚栲胶23.8%.经过成分分析,结果表明,栗棚可以作为栲胶原料,利用栗棚生产栲胶是切实可行的,具有一定的经济效益和社会效益.Shaanxi is rich in chestnut, but chestnut shells, the leftovers produced in production and processing, have not been put into use. In order to make full use of this resource, group pot leaching technology under ordinary pressure is applied, with dished water as leaching liquor at a temperature of 65℃ -90℃ in 1.5h, the leaching index is 400%. Through leaching, 23.8% tanning extract from chestnut shell can be obtained. Elements analysis shows that chestnut shed can be used as raw material for tanning extract, it is applicable to use chestnut shell to produce tanning extract, with good social and economic benefits.
