基于Aspen Plus的自然复叠制冷系统过程模拟分析

摘　　要：为有效减小自然复叠制冷系统匹配和调试实验工作量,引入在化工领域常用的大型流程模拟软件Aspen Plus软件进行自然复叠制冷系统的过程模拟。模拟和实验数据的比较表明,该软件具有较好的模拟效果,可有效减小实验工作量。In order to effectively reduce the work load of matching and testing the natural cascade refrigeration system, a software named Aspen Plus is applied to simulate the chemical process .The comparison of the results of the simulations and experiments shows that Aspen Plus works well in reducing work load.
