节流机构流量特性试验台的研制

摘　　要：研制了一套测量节流机构流量特性的实验台,介绍了实验台制冷剂流量测试原理,并以节流短管为对象进行实验。实验结果表明该装置具有测试范围广、系统稳定性好、精度高的优点,并可以用于不同制冷剂状态参数下节流机构流量特性研究。This paper introduces the development of a test bench for measuring the flow characteristics of the throttle mechanism, its test principles of refrigerant flow, and one experiment on the bench by using short-tube orifices. The experiment results show that the test bench has great advantages on wide test range, better stability and higher precision,and it can also be used to study the flow characteristics of the throttle mechanism under different refrigerant parameters.
