摘 要:在带横向内筋锥形件强旋成形过程中,旋轮参数对内筋的成形性能有很大的影响。为了获得最佳的内筋成形质量,有必要对旋轮的形状和尺寸参数进行优化设计。笔者采用Taguchi方法研究获得了旋轮成形角、旋轮退出角、旋轮圆角半径和旋轮直径4个关键旋轮参数对带横向内筋锥形件强旋成形过程中工件内筋成形性能的影响规律及其显著性。结果表明:(1)在带横向内筋锥形件强旋成形过程中,旋轮成形角对内筋成形性能的影响最大,其次为旋轮圆角半径,旋轮直径和旋轮退出角对内筋成形性能的影响较小;(2)旋轮成形角和圆角半径越大,工件的内筋成形性能越差。In power spinning process of conical parts with transverse inner ribs, the roller parameters have an obvious effect on the formability of inner ribs. In order to improve the forming quality of inner ribs, it is necessary to optimize the roller parameters. In this study, the effects and significance of four key roller parameters including the forming angle, back angle, round radius and diameter on the formability of inner ribs were obtained by using Taguchi method. The results show that : ( 1 ) in power spinning process of conical parts with transverse inner ribs, the forming angle of the roller is the prominent factor influencing the formability of inner ribs, the round radius of the roller is the next prominent factor influencing the formability of inner ribs ; the back angle and diameter of the roller have a neglected effect on the formability of inner ribs ; (2) the smaller the forming angle and round radius of the roller, the better the formability of inner ribs.
