摘  要:根据齿轮传动线性动力学模型,深入研究了齿轮转子系统稳态不平衡响应的整体传递矩阵法,推导出了计算稳态不平衡响应时齿轮耦合单元的耦合传递矩阵。使用笔者推导的计算方法,利用Matlab对齿轮耦合转子系统的稳态不平衡响应算例进行了分析和编程计算。结果表明:齿轮啮合效应对转子系统的稳态不平衡响应有明显的加剧或抑制作用;并且成功地将笔者方法推广应用于包含齿轮啮合效应的齿轮多转子系统弯扭耦合振动的稳态不平衡响应分析中。According to the linear force coupled model of a gear system, a whole transmission matrix method for stable unbalanced response analysis of a gear-rotor system is presented. The whole transmission matrix of the gear coupled unit is derived for computing the unbalanced response. The unbalanced response of a gear-rotor system is analyzed with the method and programmed by Matlab. The results indicate that the gear engagement on the unbalanced response of a gear-rotor system obviously aggravate or attenuate the response. In addition, this method is successfully applied to the analysis of the gear meshing effect in the gear multi-rotor system stable unbalanced response.
