摘　　要：汽车行业的快速发展，带动了汽车逆向物流的蓬勃发展。从利润动机和法律约束的角度分析了闭环供应链，在分析闭环供应链的基础上，建立了报废汽车的逆向物流网络，并加强了未来对塑料材料的回收利用。The rapid development of the automobile industry leads the vigorous development of automotive reverse logistics. The paper analyzes the closed -loop supply chains from profit -oriented motivation and legal motivation, and points out to establish scrapped car reverse logistics network and enhance the recycling of plastic material in future.
