摘　　要：目的分析药对远志-石菖蒲中的脂溶性成分。方法用石油醚提取药对远志-石菖蒲及其单味药材,采用GC-MS技术,在NIST98标准质谱库中检索,确定主要成分及相对含量并进行比较。结果在药对远志-石菖蒲脂肪油中鉴定出75个脂溶性成分,39个来自石菖蒲,5个为二者的叠加,新产生34个。结论药对远志-石菖蒲中脂溶性成分与单味药存在明显差异。Objective To analyze the fat-soluble components from drug matched pair of Polygala tenuifolia Willd. （PTW） and Acorus tatarinowii Schott. （ATS）. Methods The chemical components of matched pair of PTW and ATS and either of them were extracted by petroleum ether and analyzed by GC- MS. The main components were searched and identified by NIST98 data base, and their relative contents were compared. Results 75 fat-soluble components from matched pair of PTW and ATS were identified, 39 of them were from ATS, 5 of them were from combination, and 34 of them were not detected before. Conclusion The fat-soluble components from matched pair of PTW and ATS and from either of them were notably varied. The research provides an experiment foundation with compatibility law of matched pair of medicine, clinical composing prescriptions and optimal prescription.
