摘　　要：目的考察注射用盐酸头孢替安与4种常用输液配伍的稳定性。方法在室温(25℃)条件下,将注射用盐酸头孢替安按临床用药浓度与5%葡萄糖、10%葡萄糖、葡萄糖氯化钠、0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍,于不同时间采用紫外分光光度法测定含量,观察配伍液外观变化并测定其pH。结果在0～8h内配伍液外观、pH及含量均无明显变化。结论注射用盐酸头孢替安与4种常用输液配伍后8h内稳定。Objective To investigate the stability of the compatibility of complexes of cefotiam hydrochloride for injection in four infusion solutions, Methods According to the clinical common proportion of dosage, cefotiam hydrochloride for injection was mixed in 5% glucose injection, 10% glucose injection,glucose and sodium chloride injection and 0. 9% sodium chloride injection, the contents of cefotiam were detected by UV- spectrophotometry, the variation of the solution appearance and pH value were observed at different times. Results Under the condition of 25 ℃ at 8 h, the four compatible mixtures had no significant variation in the solution appearance, pH value and contents. Conclusion The compatibility of cefotiam bydrochloride for injection and four common infusion solutions is stable, which can be used within 8 h.
