摘 要:目的考察氨茶碱、多巴胺、尼可刹米注射液的配伍稳定性。方法观察及测定3种注射剂在0.9%氯化钠注射液和5%葡萄糖注射液中配伍后室温放置8h内的外观、不溶性微粒及pH,并采用高效液相色谱法测定配伍液的含量。结果多巴胺不影响氨茶碱及尼可刹米的稳定性,但与氨茶碱配伍后溶液pH呈碱性,导致多巴胺不稳定。结论氨茶碱的加入会降低配伍液中多巴胺的稳定性,临床使用时应注意溶液pH对多巴胺稳定性的影响。Objective To study the compatible stability of Aminophylline Injection, Dopamine Hydrochloride Injection and Nikethamide Injection. Methods The changes in appearance, particles and pH value of the compatible solutions of these three injections in 0.9% sodium chloride injection and 5% glucose injection within 8 h at the ambient temperature were observed. Their contents were determined by HPLCUV within 8 h. Results Dopamine did not affect the stability of aminophylline and nikethamide. Adding aminophylline to dopamine solution, the solution became into alkaline, which led to the instability of dopamine. Conclusion Adding aminophylline would decrease stability of dopamine in compatible solution. In clinical practice, we should pay attention to the influence of the solution pH value on the stability of dopamine.
