红花七厘散中挥发油β-环糊精包合物制备工艺研究

摘　　要：目的研究β-环糊精包合红花七厘散中挥发油的最佳工艺。方法采用正交试验,以包合物的包合率和收得率为评价指标,挥发油为测定指标,优化β-环糊精包合挥发油工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为加8倍量的水,浸泡4h,提取5h;最佳包合工艺为A2C3B3,即β-环糊精与挥发油比例8∶1(g∶m L),包合温度为35℃,包合时间3h。结论该优化工艺简便,包合率较高,可以作为工业生产工艺。Objective To establish the best technology of β-cyclodextrin（CD） volatile oil inclusion of Honghuaqili Powder. Methods The inclusion conditions were optimized by using the ortbogonal experiment for β- CD- volatile oil inclusion, taking the rate of inclusion and recovery as the appraisement criteria, and volatile oll as the detection criteria. Results The best extraction process was to add 8 times amount of water, marinating for 4 h and extracting for 5 h. The best inclusion process was A2C3B3, namely, the proportion of β- CD- volatile oil was 8：1, the including temperature was 35 ℃, and the including time was 3 h. Conclusion The technology is effective and simple, which can be used for industrial production.
