摘　　要：中国水利水电科学研究院承担丰满大坝全面治理可行性研究大坝长期安全性评价工作。为吸取国内外已有工程加固的成功经验,现将河南宝泉抽水蓄能电站下水库大坝加高加固的工程经验进行了较系统的总结,可供类似工程借鉴。The China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research has taken on the working of the long-term safety evaluation of the Fengman dam, which is involved in the Feasibility Research of the All-round Treatment Schedule for the Fengman Dam. In order to study on the experiences of rehabilitation of dams in China and other countries, this paper summarizes the heightening reinforcement engineering experience for the lower reservoir dam of the Baoquan pumped storage power station in Henan province, so as to be referred by the similar projects.
