摘　　要：主要介绍双护盾全断面硬岩掘进机(TBM)在施工中遇到软岩洞段出现卡机时,进行解困的施工方案。The article mainly introduces the measures to overcome difficulty during construction stage of tunnel built by double-shield tunnel boring machine（TMB）, when the machine seizes up in weak stratum.
