摘　　要：在不同植物中已经克隆的R基因有70多个。本文综述了R基因所编码蛋白的分类及NB-LRR类R蛋白的结构和功能。Over 70 disease resistance （R） genes have been cloned from various plant species so far. In this paper, we described how R proteins encoded by these R genes were classified. One of the five classes of R proteins named NB-LRR was well known. The recent progress in illustrating the structures and roles of the NB-LRR protein were overviewed.
