摘　　要：根据地方政府管理部门对高级科技人才资源的管理需求,分析了建设高级科技人才管理信息系统的建设任务,并根据系统的分析,设计了高级科技人才管理信息系统的主要功能模块和数据表。建成的系统已稳定运行半年,对同类系统建设具有较好的参考作用。In this paper, a high-level talent manage information systems （MIS） in science and technology is analyzed, which comes from the requirement for high-level talent resource of local government departments. According to the system analysis, the main components and the data table of the high-level talent MIS have been shown as well. The system has run healthily about half a year, and it demonstrates its performance and proves this case meaningful and useful for other high-level talent MIS development.
