摘　　要：论述了Java虚拟机的相关技术,对常用水表、电表等仪表仪器数据的采集、记录及上报应用方面进行设计和研究,以此推进仪表仪器自动化技术发展。The paper discussed JVM technology, designed and researched gathering information, recording and reporting of water-meter and ammeter, or other instruments and meters to used to perform to the automation technology development of instruments and meters.
