摘　　要：火电工程在建过程中的质量管理直接影响工程建成投运后机组的安全、稳定运行。概述了火电工程建设过程中,汽轮机扣盖前监检及机组整套启动试运前监检中发现的质量管理问题,对一些较常见的问题提出了改进措施,为火电工程质量的进一步提高提供参考。The safety and stable operation of power plant units is affected by the engineering quality management under the period of engineering construction. Some common failures which were checked before the inspection supervisor of the button cover for steam turbine and the startup for unit are summed up. To further improve power engineering quality management, some improved measures are put forward.
