摘　　要：针对企业在生产经营过程中技术进步的作用问题，借用技术进步指数和技术进步率的概念，把Ｈｉｃｋｓ中性技术进步与ＤＥＡ基本方法结合起来，分析出各投入指标对企业的影响（即技术进步率）。The effect of each input indexes to enterprise by combining the science and technology progress with the method of DEA is discussed during the whole produce and manage course. The true example proved this combined method is effective.
