并条机弹簧摇架加压系统的动态分析

摘　　要：进行了并条机弹簧摇架的动态分析和现场测试，结果表明弹簧摇架加压下，牵伸罗拉有较高的一阶固有频率指出过去文献中认为胶辊可能在棉条不匀及胶辊。The dynamic characteristic of the pendulum arm and natural frequency of the system of top roller are presented.It proposes that a strict manufacturing tolerance of drawing roller is most important to meet the needs of stable nip pressure.
