摘　　要：在探讨热熔粘合机理与热熔粘合过程的基础上，分析了热熔粘合工艺参数（温度、压力、时间）对服装定型的作用原理．在连续式热熔粘合机上生产实验，分析了不同工艺对服装的外观、服用性能、风格特征的影响规律，并在此基础上，以涤棉衬衫面料和PE机织粘合衬为例，制定了其最佳粘合工艺．The lining-ironing process is very improtant in apparel manufacturing. On the baseof investigating foundamental theory of setting, the principle with which setting technologympments acts on lining-ironing is analized. By manufacturing and experimenting, research andanalysis are made on the effect of different lining-ironing technology on shirt apperance andwearability. Following this, the best lining-ironing technology fit is worked out. This present abasison methods of evaluating apparel setting effect.
