东北地区民间融资现状、特点及发展对策研究

摘　　要：东北地区民间金融,尤其是农村民间借贷市场日趋活跃,对东北地区经济的快速发展发挥了越来越重要的作用。同时,民间金融也会对东北地区经济的安全与稳定产生一定的消极影响。笔者对东北地区民间金融产生和发展的原因、现状及存在的问题进行了深入的剖析,并为东北地区民间金融健康有序地发展提出了有针对性的政策建议。Since the policy of revitalizing the old industrial bases in Northeast China has been implementing, the country gives northeast China bigger support in the respect of finance credit and capital market development and so on. At the same time,in northeast China, especially the rural area, the non-government finance is gradually active,and is playing more and more important effect on the rapidly development of northeast China. However, the non-government finance can cover the shortage of government finanee^also can bring certain negative influence on the safety and stability of economy. This paper analyzes the reason, status and problem of non--government finance in northeast China,and makes some suggestions to the development of the non-government finance in Northeast China.
